About Me

Namaste! I'm Baliman Tamang, a passionate photographer from Nepal and a dedicated social work professional. My journey bridges the visual beauty of Nepal with the deep stories of resilience, culture, and community empowerment.

I currently serve as the Head of Idea and Event Manager at the Department of Social Work, Khwopa College. My experience includes leading community-based initiatives, facilitating workshops on Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE), and conducting research on traditional healing practices in Ilam, Kanyam. I believe in a culturally sensitive, holistic approach to social work.

As a photographer, I focus on capturing the diverse landscapes and vibrant lives of Nepali people. My work is featured on platforms like Pexels, where I share stories through visuals that connect emotion, identity, and nature.

Whether through a lens or through fieldwork, I aim to bring light to the unseen and inspire positive change.
